I utilize an authentic, nonjudgmental teaching style inviting students to explore the mind and body. Incorporating movement, breath, and philosophy, I encourage my students to listen to their bodies, but push them in a way that is useful and understandable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Yoga is about going inward. Into yourself. Mindfully connecting to the body and breath gives you the opportunity to get to know you in a new way. The practice of yoga connects you to the details of your body that you may not have known were there. How explore the edges of your body? Where do you hold tension, tightness, knots of energy? Sometimes, what we are holding onto physically, correlates to what we are holding on to emotionally. When we do the Asanas(postures) we are exploring our body from the outside in.

I teach a variety of styles of yoga with my focus being Vinyasa. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid style of practice moving from pose to pose connecting the breath with movement! It is for ANYONE! If you are newer to the practice I recommend signing up for a one on one private lesson or one of my beginner workshops where we breakdown the postures and ease our way into the flow! Sign up for Vinyasa Classes here!

While my Vinyasa yoga classes are a quicker pace, I also teach a restorative vinyasa flow. These classes are slower paced, with a focus on restorative style poses, and holding the poses longer. Sign up for a restorative class here!

I teach private classes that give you an opportunity to explore my teaching style in a one on one atmosphere. Flow the whole time like a typical studio class or ask questions and we can take it slow. This is your hour so we can set up our times together to fit what you need to be the most confident as you incorporate this practice into your life. Send me a message here to schedule private lessons!

Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
